Must be finish sized on lathe

Adjust the length of the liner (universal length) to fit the clutch bell.
Use a good dual-component adhesive (UHU Plus 300) to glue the liner into the clutch bell.
Let the adhesive bond.
Machine (using a lathe) the liner to an inner diameter of 43.8 – 43.9 mm
